Terms of service

1. Who we are

Exit Ticket (the “Service”) is run by Aayla Secura LLC dba Sarvixo. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. What the Service is

A list of remote and non-classroom jobs for teachers, read from employers’ public job feeds and sorted by our own rules. We are not the employer, a staffing agency or a recruiter. We don’t take applications: you apply on the employer’s own site, under the employer’s terms. We don’t guarantee that any job is still open, that a listing is complete or correct, or that you will be hired. Check every detail on the employer’s posting.

3. Accounts

You need an account to buy a plan. Keep your password private. One plan is for one person; don’t share your account or resell the listings.

4. Plans and billing

Plans are subscriptions: $7 a week, $20 a month, $50 a year. They renew automatically through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; access lasts until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are in US dollars.

5. Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. Email us. Your first payment on any plan is covered; renewals and later purchases are not. Details are on the refund page.

6. Acceptable use

• Don’t copy, scrape or republish the listings or our classifications in bulk.
• Don’t try to get around the paywall or break the Service.
• Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful.

7. Employers’ content

Job titles, pay ranges and links belong to the employers who posted them. Employer names are used only to identify their own listings and don’t mean they endorse us.

8. Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for employers’ decisions, job outcomes, or losses from relying on a listing.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado.
